We compared against the competitors heads this past fall of 2012 and it was a little embarrassing. We are currently trading planters and considering strongly going to 20" rows so will be trading corn heads. Really like the RotaDisc  except for the head shelling issues. This is on a CIH 8230 combine. Our other combine is a New Holland 9065 and had similar issues. Would like some input before we trade heads to see if this can be resolved.

We recently bought a used 2010 830 RD from a local dealer. It did not come with any kind of Auto Header Height Control so we bought the Geringhoff kit from the dealer.

Problem is it did not come with any kind of installation instructions and the wiring schematic is in German.

So basically what I am saying is I need installation instructions in English.
