I have a new 8 row rota-disc head and having problems with the rolls rapping with stalks. After 5 oclock when the stalks get tough or in the mornings it is a huge problem. I have adjusted the stubble cutters as close as I can and adjusted the strippers on the large rotor also. Doesnt seem to help. I was told they upgraded the strippers on the large rotor, I ordered the new  ones and was sent the same ones that are on the head now. They look different in the owners manual. This plugs 2-3 times each pass and I have to stop and reverse the head every time, I'm tired of it . This is the first rota disc head my dealer has sold and dont know much about them. I'll take any suggestions. thanks

Are they wrapping on the spiral beween the large roller and the small rollar, if they are did you try the different wiper that was sent to you, it may look similar but the stipping edge may be changed. If you still have problems call your dealer and they would be able to get in touch with the T.M. and the service department. We would like to investigate the problem and must find a solution.

lsaloon, mi-cornman, I would like to know if you are still having a proublem and would like to help. I have a few questions about your head and some adjustments to try. Could possabily need to send a service rep to look at your head. Could you give me a call at 701-852-1876 and ask for John.
