Position Overview:
Geringhoff is currently seeking a Press Brake/Roller Operator to fabricate components consumed in the welding department. The Press Brake/Roller Operator is responsible for fabricating sheet steel as well as stainless and aluminum components using blueprints and work instructions.The ideal candidate will have experience operating an Amada press brake and Faccin roller, with additional welding experience being a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm (hours may vary)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Fabricate steel components using fixturing, work instruction, and blueprints
- Work with and communicate needs to the Head of Fabrication and Welding
- Follow the targets and deadlines set for department
- Establish and maintain a clean, safe and productive atmosphere using 5S principles
- Some limited computer use
- Perform other tasks as requested by department head
Required Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience operating a press brake and/or roller in a shop setting
- Amada press brake and Faccin roller experience preferred
- Welding experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have basic knowledge of operating fabrication-related equipment
- Must have basic knowledge and understanding of blueprint reading
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-starter and be a team player
- Must be quality driven
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass pre-employment screening
