Mechanical Assembly candidates will assist with assembling and building of farm machinery including corn head and/or draper head machines using blueprint reading, hand tools, and power tools.
Job Type: Full-time | Monday through Friday | 2nd Shift (3:45pm-12:15am)

Primary Responsibilities
- Read blue prints and assemble per work instructions
- Keep workstation organized and orderly
- Ensure that production parts, tools, test equipment and documentation are properly stored and maintained
- Follow the targets and deadlines set for department
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules and regulations
- Perform other tasks as requested by department head
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical experience preferred
- Initial training on day shift for approximately 1 month before transitioning into 2nd shift position
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Computer knowledge is helpful
- Must be able to operate power, pneumatic, and hand tools
- Must have knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Must be able to use overhead crane systems
- Must be a self-starter and be a team player
- Must be quality conscious
- Must pass pre-employment screening
