Welder/Fabricators are responsible for fabricating and welding components to specifications using work instruction and blueprints to meet quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Monday through Friday | 2nd Shift (3:45pm-12:15am)

Primary Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate steel components using fixturing, work instruction, and blueprints
- Work with and communicate needs to the Head of Fabrication and Welding
- Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and productive atmosphere living 5S principles
- Some limited computer use
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules and regulations
- Other tasks as requested by department head
Required Education and Experience
- Welding diploma
- 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience in a shop setting
- Initial training on day shift for approximately 1 month before transitioning into 2nd shift position
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to pass a 1G V-Groove weld in both Mig and Tig welding processes
- Must have basic knowledge of operating fabrication related equipment
- Must have basic understanding of how to read blueprints
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-motivated reliable individual
- Must be quality driven
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
