1 Part types
We will only accept genuine Geringhoff spare parts dispatched from our Geringhoff, Ahlen, Germany site and listed in the applicable Geringhoff Spare Parts List. The spare parts returned must be in proper condition and suitable for resale.

2 Excluded parts
The following items are excluded from return:

  • Advertising materials
  • Hydraulic lines and hoses
  • Drive belts, conveyor belts, and rubber parts older than 3 months
  • Paint, oil, grease, glue and seals/gaskets
  • Light bulbs
  • Tires and tubes
  • Insulation material
  • Decals
  • O-ring and shaft seals
  • Disassembled spare parts, machine equipment and adaptors (always consult parts service)
  • Clearance sales (always consult parts service)
  • Parts with a gross retail price of less than €5.00 per item

3 Minimum part value & allowed return times
We will only accept part returns at a minimum gross value of €50.00. Items returned later than six months after delivery will be rejected. Items returned later than one year after delivery will be checked by Service & Parts or Sales.

4 Incorrect placement of orders
If you have ordered one or more parts you do not need and would like to return them to us, please make sure to request our return form as soon as possible. We will accept returned parts due to incorrect placement of orders, clearance sales, etc. and refund their value less 10% of their gross list price to compensate for the re-introduction into our warehouse.

5 Delivery errors
Items incorrectly delivered by Geringhoff will be refunded 100%, in which case the Excluded Parts terms do not apply.

6 Return shipping
Please return your genuine Geringhoff spare parts properly labeled and packaged in the container used for delivery.

Please also add to the returned items a copy of the delivery note and the completed return form. Alternatively you may e-mail the return form attached as a PDF file to retoure@geringhoff.de. Any items returned without the required documentation will be sent back to you after four weeks' notice.

Please ship all items as Freight Prepaid to our Logistics Center. For parts returns through a shipping company please contact Geringhoff directly.

7 Warranty Parts
Warranty Parts are also to be sent to Geringhoff using the return form. In case the return order includes warranty parts it is necessary to fill in the machine serial number and reason for return. Incoming parts without identification will be returned with all costs charged to the recipient.
